We are a newly remodeled professional office building, located just north and east of 48th and Vine, next door to Wendy's. The address is 4830 Wilshire Blvd. We have 6 offices, 1 conference room, a kitchen/break room, 2 bathrooms (1 is handicapped accessible), 2 storage rooms, a waiting room, a warehouse, and an 18 stall handicapped accessible parking lot.  It is next door to a residential neighborhood and has the bike path running behind it which makes it nice and quiet. 

The Conference Room is furnished with executive chairs and training tables that can be easily moved and rearranged.  It is set up with a big screen TV for audio/visual presentations.  The Conference Room is available to be rented by the hour, by the day or by the half day for events. New Suites, New Space!

We bought the building in January 2013 and gutted it to convert it to office space.  Everything is new except the exterior.  We installed a new heating/cooling system with new duct work.  We have new 9 foot insulated walls (10 foot drywall to extend a foot above the ceiling for more soundproofing).  We added extra insulation above all the ceilings to help with soundproofing, as well as with heating and cooling.  The flooring is carpet with pad to cushion your steps and to add to the quiet.

We changed out the old storefront windows and installed new energy efficient windows.  We installed a kitchen sink, finished the cabinets, put in a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table and chairs.

The reflective window film is installed to offer more privacy and to reduce the heat from the sun.  The kitchen cabinet handles are installed and another wall has been painted in Suite 104.  We've added some landscaping in front, peonies and lilacs.  We have also planted more grass on the north and northwest areas.
